Module M1 of the Mosque MBA programme, titled “Mosque Leadership,” provides foundational training in faith-based leadership, drawing from prophetic traditions and modern governance models. Learners will examine the Madni Model of leadership inspired by the governance and prophetic conduct of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ in Madinah. Through a dual-layered approach, the course explores both visionary and administrative dimensions of mosque leadership. The module also delves into the core principles of institutional accountability, strategic governance, safeguarding mechanisms, and risk management within mosque environments.
